Refund Policies

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products (research peptides and laboratory materials), returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited after an order has been shipped.

No cancellations after shipping

Once your package has been processed and handed over to the shipping service, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or returned.

Refunds

Refunds will only be granted in special cases according to our reshipment policy – for example, if a shipment is confirmed lost, seized, or damaged during transport.

If eligible, the customer can choose between:

- A replacement shipment or

- credit for the full product value.

Refunds will not be granted for:

- Incorrect or incomplete address details

- References to a post or package shop or a parcel station

- Refusal to accept the delivery

- Unauthorized returns without prior authorization

- Violations of our shipping policy requirements

Damaged or missing products

Claims must be submitted with documented proof (e.g., an unboxing video or clear pictures).

If the claim is approved, Europa-Peptide will issue either a replacement or credit for the affected items.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may lead to the suspension of account rights and can be contested by PureNature Lab with delivery proof.
