We offer synthetic peptides, minerals, dietary supplements, and laboratory & medical supplies in various purity grades (e.g., 95–99%).

• Are product descriptions and specifications available?

Yes — each product has a detail page with CAS number, sequence, purity, molecular weight, and storage instructions.

• Can I order a sample?

Yes. Many products are available in sample sizes; contact our sales team for availability and terms.

• Do you offer OEM/bulk deliveries?

Yes. Volume pricing and custom packaging are available. Please send inquiries to shop@purenaturelab.eu.

Pricing & Payment

• Which payment methods do you accept?

SEPA transfer, PayPal, and payment terms for credit-checked business customers.

• Are there discounts for large orders or repeat customers?

Yes — quantity discounts and special terms for regular customers. Please request a quote.

• Are prices shown with VAT included?

Prices on the website are shown net; statutory VAT is added at checkout where applicable.

Delivery & Shipping

• Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within the EU and to selected international countries. Please check shipping options at checkout.

• How long does shipping take?

Within Sweden: usually 1–3 business days. EU-wide deliveries: 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary.

• How is the product packaged?

Temperature-sensitive items are packed with temperature control (e.g., dry ice or coolant packs). All shipments are discreetly packaged.

• Is shipment tracking available?

Yes — tracking numbers are provided by email after dispatch.

Storage & Handling

• How should I store peptides correctly?

Short term: at 2–8 °C; long term: at −20 °C or −80 °C depending on the product. Protect from moisture and light.

• How do I prepare a peptide powder for use?

Weigh the required amount, dissolve in a suitable solvent (e.g., water, PBS, DMSO) following the solubility notes in the datasheet, filter if necessary, and work aseptically.

• Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) available?

Yes — safety data sheets are available for all products to download.

Legal & Compliance

• Are your products for research use only?

Yes — our products are for research use only (For Research Use Only, RUO). They are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans.

• Do I need a permit to order?

Most research items are freely orderable; regulated substances may require additional documentation or permits.

• How do you handle export controls?

We screen orders for export restrictions and reserve the right to refuse shipment if export regulations would be violated.

Quality & Control

• What quality controls do you perform?

Products are checked by HPLC, MS (MALDI-TOF/ESI), and amino acid analysis where applicable. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available.

• Can I receive the certificate for my shipment?

Yes — a CoA is included with each shipment and is available for digital download.

• What if there are quality issues?

Contact our support with the batch number and description of the issue; we will investigate and offer replacement or refund.

Returns & Cancellations

• Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact customer service immediately.

• How are returns handled?

Returns are accepted after inspection if products are intact and within the return period. Returns of temperature-controlled items are limited; contact support.

Yes — our technical team assists with application, solubility, storage, and analytics. In-depth project consultations are available as a paid service.
